Lighting setup
To adjust the scene lighting, use the "Room Lighting" section located in the "Room Elements" menu.
Available Options:
-
Environment
This parameter controls global lighting for all objects without considering shadows. It simulates the principle of light diffusion as in real life, where surfaces reflect light, filling the space with soft illumination.- In the planner, light diffusion is implemented through the Intensity option for adjusting lighting intensity.
- Additionally, the following options are available in this section:
- Outdoor Map — a view outside the window (you can choose from the available options).
- Reflection Map — a texture displayed on reflective surfaces in the interior.
- Point Lights
This parameter allows you to emulate artificial lighting in the room.- You can select up to four light sources.
- You can adjust the lighting intensity and light temperature (warm or cool).
- Outdoor
This parameter is used to simulate sunlight.- Adjustable settings include light intensity, time of day, and the sun's rising position.
- To visualize the sun's position, zoom out of the room and look outside its boundaries. An orange dot indicates the sun's position, which changes based on your settings.
